CALL VOLUME In 2014 we responded to 996 total calls, 714 or 71% of those calls were medical/rescue. 2015 our call volume increased by 10% to a total of 1185 calls. That averages to 3 alarms per day. As of October 2016, we have already increased our call volume over 2015.
