Volunteer for us

As of September 2014, Fire District #4 has  responded to well over 750 calls for service, and have completed several hundred hours of training so far this year.  District #4’s response & training, has been accomplished primarily with a volunteer force.

We are showing signs, along with the nation, of decreased volunteerism.  We are actively recruiting new volunteers to assist the local community in their time of need.  We offer training in EMS (Emergency Medical  Services), firefighting, hazardous materials response, Wildland firefighting, and technical rescue.

The training and experiences of a volunteer public safety official, can benefit your workplace, home, and make a safer community in your neighborhood.  We have a diverse set of volunteer jobs that can accommodate your desire to, “Give back, and help the community.” Please visit our website, call or email us for more information. If you’re interested in a rewarding opportunity, this may be what you’re looking for.  I look forward to meeting you,

Greg Seals

Training Officer
